This week a slightly shorter variant on our wonderful Ashdown House 7 mile run. The run started in dark and dreary weather but ended in our first drenching of the season thanks to storm Amy. We visit Ashdown house again to take on a route with truly unbeatable variation. The route includes tracks, grassy ridges, open fields and wooded avenues. Its not one to miss with the added bonus of a few nice hills to stretch those legs. Check it out below and if you want to run it in company you know where we are.
