Incredible stuff from Cindy and Jock today. They took the opportunity to meet up for a discussion about dog and human kit, a harness fitting and a trial run. It was an absolute pleasure to work with such an enthusiastic team who got started in less than an hour and should be unstoppable!
This week a slightly shorter variant on our wonderful Ashdown House 7 mile run. The run started in dark and dreary weather but ended in our first drenching of the season thanks to storm Amy. The route can be found below, try it or even better join is on a guided or group run for a seamless experience!
We visit Ashdown house again to take on a route with truly unbeatable variation. The route includes tracks, grassy ridges, open fields and wooded avenues. Its not one to miss with the added bonus of a few nice hills to stretch those legs. Check it out below and if you want to run it in company you know where we are.

This week, the Cotswold Lakes Brewery Company who kindly opened the bar just for us!
Despite the wet weather (something we aren’t really used to right now) the run was fantastic and the post run beer superb.
A new canicross running route in our Portfolio and it is an absolute cracker. No roadwork, A water trough and even a tap to cool down with.
The highlight is the finish, straight down the manicured lawn of the central avenue of Ashdown Park. Try it, you’ll love it!
